Hella 996152131 Delayed timer worked properly, deactivating pin 87 after X seconds. 31 - Ground87 - NO output 12V (off delay) 87a - NC output 12V (off when timer is active, on when deactivated) Application used: heated mirrors. which I connected to the 15th contact of the time relay. Moderately easy to wire, similar to a standard relay with a flip-flop instead of a switched coil voltage. Pin 30 controls the coil and high current. The function of this relay is to delay turn on, which means that after the timer has expired (turning on and off) pin 87 remains energized until the relay times out. If you start the timer again it will reset to 0s and keep the power supply 87 on for the set time. If you need to turn off the power before the timer expires, add a switch to the relay ground, this will cut power to the coil and disable the timer. The price is a bit high for a non-solid state relay, but it worked for my application. Originally ordered from Revain Warehouse Deals I received the wrong relay (standard 5 pin relay) which was returned and repurchased on Revain.com for about $20 more. When the second came, it was the right Hella timer.
