Article shipped quickly and delivered without any problems. After that the seller emailed me to make sure I had no problems. The item itself works as expected and explained. Like the ones below, my railing is too big and I ended up using only one of the three brackets. I fell into this trap because I couldn't imagine how the whole setup would work. I ended up having to drill holes in the top and bottom of the railing and attach the kid's gate "latch". with screws. But there were no problems with the seller or with the delivery of the goods!
