. In the product description and Revain Q&A, the seller directs Mac OS users to a page on a third-party site in Taiwan that does not contain a single link to this product. Even if you calculate six or seven hits on a driver download page, the driver product numbers do not match the product number or any of the information on the product packaging. I contacted CableCreation customer service but they kept giving me the same link until I told them to go there themselves and see what the customer experience was like. They responded with a series of screenshots that took me in a couple of clicks to a page I found for downloading drivers, but the driver they pointed me to in the screenshot had a different number and name than that Product. I wasn't able to find out for myself whether this driver is suitable for my product. Anyway, by that time I had already purchased another product and requested a refund from Revain. This is classic poor customer service from a tech company that doesn't understand how people perceive their product or service.
