For what this thing cost, vs the other options of the same product on amazon. this thing is well worth getting.I've had it for almost a year now, and its held up the Alabama weather very well. It can be a slight PITA to install (square with the bed) on your own, but its manageable. And it looks great once installed.Have not had any water leaks into the bed of the truck. Its held up against regular usage (opening/closing/rolling/etc) when accessing the bed of the truck. No rips or tears in the material, and the weather stripping under the braces seems to be holding up rather well. Have not had to tighten anything since the install, as the seal has held thus far (knock on wood.)And one Plus in my book is there is NO Branding on this thing. One thing I absolutely hate, is providing free advertising for companies by the products I purchase. Even when I get a new vehicle, I required the dealers to remove their stickers/emblems/plate covers from the vehicle before I'll sign the dotted line, otherwise they can pay me each month in advertising fees ;)
