Our 18 year old loves it. She actually used them as a teether during the day when she got her molars. One of the other reviews said their child "brushes" their teeth all day - and so does ours! We bought these because our kid didn't like us brushing his teeth. . After having one of those toothbrushes in her mouth most of the day for a month, she's now letting us brush! After a month of daily use, we replaced the brush. But now I think using it for "brushing your teeth" instead of "teething", it will last longer.
