Great skewers. The grates should be longer so the skewers don't hit each other. Racks will fall if you try to use them. I was prepared to send them back off the grill black but persuaded my husband to fix it. I asked him to drill a hole at the end of each post. We attached them with bent thick wire through a hole long enough to accommodate the length of the skewers. The ends of the wire lead past the frame into the grate. I angle the back end of each pose into a small V-shape and achieve stability. Even less work than building it from scratch, but then I would have extra space between the skewers, which would be ideal. I wouldn't buy them again except for the BBQ. I find that the rest of the "racks" from other brands don't look any better.
