I like how you can use it to create work orders, track jobs and manage your projects. There are some things that could be improved such as the way that the alerts are displayed in the UI. When you have multiple projects open at the same time you sometimes get confused and can't tell which one is active or not. It's easy to use. You just need a little training and then you're good to go. Make sure you have enough memory for all of your users. If you don't have enough memory available you will run into problems when adding new users. We were able to solve our issue with adding more users and we also got better visibility into what was going on with our projects.
