Great remote collaboration platform

I like that it allows me to check in my work remotely as well! It's great when you don't have access or time with your team while at their desk but still want them aware of what is going into production without having someone physically there for support purposes (i'm not sure if this exists). There are some features missing from Infraspeak such us being able to send files directly through email instead sending an attachment which makes things difficult sometimes since we're working remotely…

Great app if used correctly: Infraspeak

I like how you can use it to create work orders, track jobs and manage your projects. There are some things that could be improved such as the way that the alerts are displayed in the UI. When you have multiple projects open at the same time you sometimes get confused and can't tell which one is active or not. It's easy to use. You just need a little training and then you're good to go. Make sure you have enough memory for all of your users. If you don't have enough memory available you will…

Infraspeak - Great Platform for Communications

I like that we can use the platform to communicate with the fleet management team at Infraspeak to ensure that we have the right vehicles on the road. So far I haven't had any issues or issues with the service. The price is reasonable and the platform is easy to use. I don't particularly like how when you open a ticket the system tells you that your ticket is assigned to someone else. This makes it hard to keep track of the progress of your tickets. My experience with them was great! Very helpful and friendly team who really understood my project and what I was trying to accomplish.

Helped me with ideas and offered tips on how to best structure my site. I had a lot of questions and they answered all of them very quickly and clearly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help creating a website. They helped me through some design issues with my page layout which was great because it made things easier than expected. They were always available when needed and responded very fast whenever I asked a question. I'd definitely use this firm again if necessary.

  • They gave me good advice and feedback on my web pages and also created several mock ups of possible layouts
  • They worked hard to make sure everything met my needs, not only were they responsive to my needs they also tried to anticipate where I would be headed and gave me advice to get there
  • I felt like they genuinely cared about my project and the end result and took pride in their work, especially the mockups they designed for me

  • I did not use them for long enough to know any negative aspects of their services.
  • I didn't ask for any suggestions or anything as far as improvements or whatnot.
