I've been suffering from bad shifting for a little over a year (bike is 4 years old). LBS told me the bike shifted fine, I just didn't know how to shift. After playing around with FD on almost every ride, I decided to swap out the chainrings on my Truvativ elita GXP 48t/34t. This ring fits well (required to move the FD about 2mm / change 48t to 50t). Switching operations are normal again. Delivery was quick. It was easy to change. The price was good. LBS recommended a new derailleur, but that wouldn't solve all the problems. Very satisfied.
