Nothing to say, this item replaces the Force/Apex sprocket

The only downside is that it is now only available in black and the pair of front sprockets I had before were grey. Make sure you have the correct number of teeth.

Cons
  • No automatic transmission

Perfect Fit for Chainrings

Changed from 52 to 50 teeth and changed the small chainring from 36 to 34 teeth to accommodate Colorado Mountain Riding. Rear group changed from 11-28 to 11-32. Everything works great and has greatly improved climbing ability.

Shift problem solved

Bike with 25k+ miles. It is very difficult to go from a small star to a big one. I wonder if the "switching ramps" are worn out. The limit screws are set correctly. Replaced large and small rings, no other changes. Now it shifts immediately (after half a turn). problem solved

Product Description as Delivered

Inexpensive and easy to assemble. I could not find this product in local bike shops. One store only offered a pair of chains for $130. This item is only $38. I have noticed a significant improvement in transmission performance. Overall, I think it's worth the money.

Pros
  • Transmission Components
Cons
  • Available in Black Only

High quality chainring

I was a little hesitant to buy this chainring because neither the title nor the description says 50 teeth, but this is what I got. I have the exact same part as pictured, 50/34T 10-speed. It comes in SRAM retail packaging and looks very well made and very light. Perfect fit for my SRAM 110 BCD cranks.

Works great - shifting much improved

I've been suffering from bad shifting for a little over a year (bike is 4 years old). LBS told me the bike shifted fine, I just didn't know how to shift. After playing around with FD on almost every ride, I decided to swap out the chainrings on my Truvativ elita GXP 48t/34t. This ring fits well (required to move the FD about 2mm / change 48t to 50t). Switching operations are normal again. Delivery was quick. It was easy to change. The price was good. LBS recommended a new derailleur, but that…

Pros
  • Chainrings
Cons
  • So-so
