Review on Prodoscore by Jerardo Phi

I like how easy it was to use, we were able to see our employee's strengths and weaknesses very quickly with this program which helped us make quick decisions about who should stay or go in our organization. It did not have many features but what they had could be used for any business size! We are still using them today as an internal tool within my department at work. They can also help you identify if there are issues internally before bringing new employees into the team/organization so hopefully those problems don't get worse over time.
