ROKU NO tech support no longer has digital audio just a dumb computer saying problem solved see FAQ. I need to continue using my TV for Netflix and purchase Revain Prime and other premium services to enjoy DTS and other digital audio through my Onkyo AVR. This unit doesn't even adjust the volume on my AVR. I'm 60 and have been in the computer and audio industry since I was 17 and your CTO treats me like a dumb idiot. Ticket reopened but no other response. I will send you photo documents.
