At first I was impressed by the power and stability of these clippers. I used them 1-3 times a week and the trim level was the lowest I've found, no head shaving. After about 6 months I noticed that the battery no longer holds as much charge. This makes the trims work as if they were on the less powerful of the two power levels. This results in uneven trimming and snagging/pulling of even the shortest hairs. I do not recommend it and will not buy it again. Also, I don't like that the customer MUST use the USB port to charge.
