Good quality bag easy to clean but not suitable for sous vide. As stated in the description, these are not vacuum bags, but tightness by displacement of water. In short, these bags are TERRIBLE if you try the water displacement method. They (and the food within) float to the surface, defeating the purpose of immersion cooking. Ziploc packages are MUCH better than these. I wanted to try it because I hate throwing away so many disposable plastic bags. I think I'll try reusable vacuum bags, that's the only accessory I bought for my sous vide machine which was a total disappointment.
