Inexpensive binoculars and spotting scopes
Just unpacked, so far so good. Made of very light plastic, this portable stereoscope is ideal for exploring and discovering with children the wonders that can be found when viewing bugs, rocks, shells, plants, etc. in 3D. Decent resolution and optics, plus a built-in LED light source (battery operated) - inexpensive enough for a small child to "handle" enthusiastically. Supplied with five prepared/stained glass slides and a beautiful built in plastic rainbow bug. Seems a very good price at $40!
