Review on Handshake by Jerry Frey

The best part about hand shake was being able to see all of my orders in one place! I liked that it gave me quick access from anywhere so if i needed information right away there were no problems finding where things had been placed within our system. It took some time getting used too but once you did understand how everything worked its easy peasy!! As far as any dislikes this would have more towards when they first started using an outsource provider (I believe) we lost alot of functionality at least until after their contract ended which caused us many issues with reporting etc.. We now use 2 different providers instead since then but overall still good experience though not sure what happened exactly it just seemed very buggy during those times even tho everyone said otherwise?
