These are heavy-duty trauma sheers. We haven't used them for heavy-duty trauma, but I'm sure they'd do the trick. We use them mostly now for our own first aid kit, which has seen its fair share of at-home injuries.

Very nice and very modern looking sheers! Perfect for my first aid kit! Customer service is awesome as well. Would definitely buy agin!
