The best part about this site is that it allows you to add multiple accounts so one person doesn't have to log into different sites or applications. As long as they are logged onto the main website, all of their information will be stored there! I don't think it's possible for anyone who uses this service to just forget how many donations were made because everything gets uploaded at once when someone logs back in. Also, if you make more than one donation per month, you'll get charged twice. This isn't something we had realized before signing up but luckily we caught it right away. We've solved our problem by using this platform and we're able to keep track of all of our donors' contributions. There was no downfall to this software; however, some people may not use it to its full potential since it does take a little longer to set up compared to other programs. When you first sign up for it, you should go through every step of setting it up and making sure what you want is exactly what you need. If you do decide to use this program, please ask questions until you get comfortable with it. You could save yourself time and money! Before this software came along, we used paper receipts and then manually I love that it's easy to use, very intuitive for both donors and staff/volunteers alike. The software also allows me to easily keep track of all our donations by time period (monthly, quarterly etc). There isn't anything really I dislike about this program.
