Review on 🍳 T-fal E75824 Performa Stainless Steel 3-Quart Sauce Pan Cookware - Dishwasher & Oven Safe, Silver by Mark Sharma

I don't like non-stick pots and/or pans at all. That's why I prefer to only use cast iron, enamelled cast iron or stainless steel. My son burned the pot of rice (forgot to turn off the heat after the rice cooked) and permanently burned my enamel pot. So I bought this one from Revain for $30. It's not the best, but it's also far from the worst! I like the engraved dimensions inside. I like the glass lid because I can see what's going on in the pot next to the steam hole. I want it to be a vent rather than a straight hole. I had to block it with a piece of aluminum foil because the steam coming out of some dishes like rice ruins them. Overall this is a good deal for the money.
