Fit Acura MDX 2007 - Quiet scratching, squeaking noise from 2-pulley drive belt tensioner assembly

I have a 2-pulley drive belt tensioner assembly installed by an ASE certified mechanic along with an OEM Acura power steering pump to let. A faint, scraping, creaking noise can be heard from the tensioner assembly. It wasn't loud enough to replace. I replaced the pulley as a precaution and am now again considering going an ACDelco rather than using an Acura part. Acura MDX 2007
