I have a 2014 Dodge Caravan. One day while driving, the check engine light came on. I took it to an auto parts store, they checked the code and it showed a generic fuel system leak code. They started randomly picking the parts I needed and everything was expensive. Being cheap I decided to try a new gas cap after reading that sometimes the wrong cap can cause the check engine light to come on due to escaping fumes. This cap was exactly the same as the factory cap I had on the van. Easy installation. It closes tightly (clicks unlike my old one). After a few rides with this new cover my check engine light went on and off and the van drives much better. I'm so glad I tried this cheap solution before buying all the parts they had on AutoZone.
