
They are well built and strong - will compress most springs with no problem. I need them to work with motorcycle shock absorbers and I was a little doubtful they could work, but they did. Motorcycle shock absorbers are obviously too small in diameter to use both lugs on these superchargers. However, you really need to use a tail to get the job done. I added one on each side of the shock and fed a solid steel shaft through the shock's bottom bracket to catch the other end of the compressor. Went like clockwork. A few turns of the shaft screws and the spring was compressed enough to loosen the spring retainers and I was ready to go. Also great for a great price.
