I love this bag! I love the look, the size and the material. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because I keep my sanitizer and lip gloss in the little inner pockets and they keep falling out. This would be my only negative comment. The straps are the perfect length and the long strap shape adds a nice touch to the look.
- The length of the shoulder strap can be continuously adjusted. It's also a bag.
