Review on Adiyer by Chris Tardy

I recently bought some window treatment hardware from Adiyer, and the transaction was incredibly disappointing. The shipping was incredibly slow, to start with. Even though I paid extra for expedited shipping, it took almost two weeks for the items to arrive. I was disappointed to discover that the products were of poor quality when I finally received my order. Some of the components were even missing or broken, and the materials had a flimsy, cheap feel to them. I tried to get a refund by contacting customer service, but I had trouble getting a response. To reach a conclusion, it took several days and numerous tries. The return procedure was a nightmare, which only made things worse. To make matters worse, Adiyer required me to cover the cost of shipping and handling out of my own pocket. Overall, I would advise against using Adiyer for shopping. The experience was frustrating and unpleasant due to the slow shipping, subpar products, and poor customer service.
