Review on Autel Maxisys MS906BT Connection Diagnostics by Chris Hodges

Most aftermarket scanners only offer light trucks and cars, this one actually scanned my medium trucks (GMC T7500 and Nissan UD) with quite a bit of detail including adjusting shift points and speed limits on the truck, if necessary. The inspection camera included in the kit I ordered was perfect for inspecting the cylinder walls of the engine without completely damaging them and I will definitely be purchasing it separately if not included in the kit. Make sure you turn on automatic updates as Autel is constantly sending out updates. (That's good!) My only complaint is when you're not using the scanner, make sure it's plugged in or turned off completely, as the idle timeout when not in use is only about 48 hours. As a workshop manager responsible for the maintenance of over twenty heavily used trucks, I would wholeheartedly recommend this tool to anyone looking for a quality scanner at a great price.
