Works great but wire length is wrong

Fuel door lock actuator works perfectly once installed. The only problem I had was that the cord on the plug was too short. In the attached picture, the yellow wire is an OEM wire and the white is a replacement wire. I had to take the cable from the standard device and put it on interchangeable plugs. Otherwise it was a direct replacement,
