I bought these to control the performance of my 1/10 scale 3D printed RC tank. I had to disconnect the battery without disassembling the tank. This switch was easy to install, I printed out the mounting piece and inserted the switch and then glued it on. The switch is plastic so I chose not to solder to the contacts and instead use crimp terminals for connections. I use two 45rpm 540 motors from the 2S lipo pack and it works fine for me. The switches are well made and have a very fast action, they should last quite a while in my setup.
