I love Arduino, this one is really bad

I am an Arduino hobbyist but this one is not very good for many reasons, mainly different programs and drivers that need to be used are not working. Maybe they are outdated. It is also possible that the circuit board is defective. Directions are terrible. Only someone with a lot of PC experience like me can vaguely understand this. I bought this for a teenage homeschooling class and it is in no way a "starter kit". I suggest buying larger kits that you can use to do many projects. It will be returned.
