The simplicity; it takes about 2 minutes to get up an running, all training material are available online with no charge! I can say this because i am not new at zowe but only used as support for their cloud version which they provide free until 30 days trial of paid subscription. Support from them was great however some things could be done even better like adding more content/tutorial so users have clear direction when using software. It solves our communication issues between different departments within organization by being able to communicate via chat or email. I like how simple it makes reporting errors, it's great for tracking your progress and learning to automate workflows. It can have an error or two when starting out but it's not very difficult to learn. I use it to make sure my team members are checking off all options on our support form before we close them. This helps with reducing the amount of support calls coming in from people who didn't check everything before they closed their ticket.
