I'm sorry to write such a review. Great pan, great finish! But there is a noticeable drawback. The problem is attaching the handle snap mechanism to the pan. I bought a frying pan in July 2022 at the Hoff store at Hong Kong, Kutuzovsky Prospekt, 57, where they actively offer expensive pans from this manufacturer. A week after the purchase, I found a little rust on the mounting bolt. I wrote to the manufacturer in Germany with the question whether the product, which is guaranteed for several decades, is covered with rust a week later?! In response, they sent a "repair kit" consisting of a bushing and a bolt. Naturally, he did not change anything, a week in a frying pan. I note that I always washed only by hand, no alkalis, did not use acids, only fairies and a sponge, of course I never unscrewed the bolt. Where is the rust from? Most likely, the matter is in a small gap at the bottom of the mount, which allows water to pass inward to the bolt, water accumulates there and, accordingly, rust begins. A bunch of engineers? A manufacturing defect in the mismatch of the metal used (rusting steel) for the bolts? After a year of use, I suggest you familiarize yourself with what happened to the mount. On dark photos, what happened a year ago, on light photos, what happened a year later. . I didn’t go to the store, because there was no point, it fulfills its function, but the sediment from the company with the slogan "worlds best pan" remained . Apparently, it's time to use a repair kit .
