I like that it allows me to have all my records at one central location instead of having to input everything into several different systems (EHR/Chart). It also has an easy way to print out prescriptions which helps with organization. The fact that certain medications are not available through this system can be frustrating. If you don't use it every day there really isn't much to dislike about it. We used to keep track of our clients test results by entering them directly into our EMR but realized how tedious and inefficient that was so we switched over to using a tool called "Nordic". This made things easier for us because now when someone gets an appointment they receive lab orders via email rather than just paper copies of labs sent from another department of our office.
