The fact that I can create an appt from my mobile phone without having any appointments available - this makes it so easy when you are running late etc as well saving me alot money with no appointment fees (which would be quite pricey). It also allows us more flexibility about where our services take places which really helps keep costs down too!! I like that it allows me to have all my records at one central location instead of having to input everything into several different systems (EHR/Chart). It also has an easy way to print out prescriptions which helps with organization. The fact that certain medications are not available through this system can be frustrating.
