In short I'm glad I bought this, I only used it again 2 days ago. Would buy again. I almost returned it after buying it. Top Tips: - Proceed at the first sign of a problem - this works well for small clogs, not big ones - If you go straight through the toilet drain like me, keep a rag over the hole while you work with it - if that Handle slips into hole, it may jam (this has happened to me - I was able to slip a hanger under the handle to "squeeze" the handle, which was enough to wedge it) - Handle is uncomfortable - wear well-lined ones Work gloves and that's good - dry immediately after use and lubricate lightly with oil, otherwise it will quickly show rust spots. I've successfully cleared this thing 3 or 4 times now and haven't had to rent a hippo since.
