Review on Wiztrav by Jason Wesley

The support from wizTRAV was prompt, professional with detailed responses as needed, knowledgeable about products used in our industry (cruise lines). I have not had any issues at this time that would cause me concern or dislike of my experience working through them when using/supporting cruise line transactions! We are able to track all aspects related specifically Cruise Ship reservations including booking dates / times; passenger names along side ship details such that we can easily prepare reports specific only to these needs without having access across other functions within system which may be required if utilizing another aspect(s) such as SalesForce etc.,.
