I give this carrier 3 stars. I don't mind the bottle but it definitely gives my water a kind of plastic taste. Also, it's not insulated and I don't see a way to put some ice cubes in it, so I plan ahead and freeze a few ounces of water in it overnight before running or drinking warm water. some air goes back into the bottle after drinking, otherwise the water sloshes at the bottom of the bottle and it wobbles because there is no hardness in it. I have since switched to a different Hydrapak soft flask. and had to modify the cap for a different cap size used on the new bottles.
