The best part of working in this organization was being able solve customer problems with innovative solutions, while having fun doing it! There were not many benefits or perks as such but what I enjoyed most about my experience at Sterling (especially when compared against other companies)was their culture which encouraged creativity and innovation amongst its employees; they have helped me achieve great results through these methods without putting too much pressure/stress levels upon myself because we understand how challenging life can be especially during times where you need all your energy focused towards one thing only - work.
