Review on 🔌 Cable Matters VGA to HDMI Adapter: Enhance your Monitor and TV with Audio Support by William Mahajan

Product works as described, it allowed me to connect my router with VGA output to a monitor with HDMI input. The text was clear and legible and looked good. Unfortunately, and it took me a while to find out, this device was causing interference to my 2.4GHz WiFi signal. So when used near my wireless router, all client devices had connection issues and very low speed and/or very high latency (<1 Mbps, 200+ ms). As soon as I disable this adapter, the speed returns to normal (up to 90Mbps and <20ms). I got a replacement adapter from Revain and it has the same problem. During testing, I found that this doesn't cause problems with WiFi on the 5GHz channel, nor does it cause as much of a problem with 2.4GHz when I move it further away from the WiFi router, but I need it to to be positioned as close as possible. This is how my office is set up.
