Terrible customer service. Refund requested I received it and they seemed really good and offered to pay for return shipping but the shipping label they sent made me pay postage which was almost TWICE more than the product and it was even worth sending it back! I've tried three times to contact customer service again with no response. The leash itself is fine but the curved part didn't hit my shoulder well and the ring you would use to sling the leash over your shoulder just floats freely around the whole leash so it goes right through mine body can pull when the dog runs a path. I didn't mean to, I wanted to but now I'm stuck with it because their customer service sucks!
