I'm not a professional auto repair shop but I take pride in cleaning my car. After shopping and reading thousands of reviews I decided to try this product. I have used some other products before and was a bit worried but I was wrong. It's very easy to use. My car had a mix of scratches and severe swirls, you don't have to exert yourself to drive, the car does all the work for you. The ability to select multiple speeds is great and helped remove most of the swirl marks. The machine weighs a little but is easy to hold and manoeuvre. The final polish and wax worked beautifully and the car shines again. Follow the instructions and you can't go wrong as a noob. I can feel its quality when I hold it in my hands, everything was boxed and 6 blocks came with a cardboard cutout explaining what each one does. In addition, there are many videos on You Tube with recommendations. My car looks new like I just bought it, brilliant product, more worth trying than paying someone else to do the work!
