Poorly designed hinge - won't tighten
It's just a toilet seat, few moving parts. But the only thing you really need is for the loops to be securely attached to the bowl. And the holes in the plastic bolt loop are so big that when you tighten the plastic bolts, they slip through the holes. There's no way around it. If I put a washer to keep it from slipping, I can't close the hinge cover and it looks stupid. Bad product. Stay away.
