Review on Shun DM7300 Black Stainless Steel Kitchen Scissors with 3.5 Inch Blade – Multi-Purpose Shears by Richard Carroll

Sorry I haven't bought this for a long time. I needed new kitchen shears and saw a recommendation for these from Cook's Illustrated. I didn't like the metal sticking out of the handles so put off buying them. But after using it for a few weeks now, I'm thrilled. They are well made and well designed. They also disassemble for cleaning, which is a must. But in use there is no risk of the scissors coming loose, as was sometimes the case with my old Wüsthof. The only downside is the price. It can sometimes be purchased for as little as $39 from other well-known online retailers, with Revain ranging in price from $49 to $59. Would definitely recommend just buying for less than $50. Otherwise great purchase!
