The best part about soft dial is that it provides seamless integration with our CRM system for all of my contacts. I can easily see what contact status are they having (in queue or resolved) as well as their next actionable steps to take within the app itself. It's very easy to navigate through the entire platform - no need to go back into another application just to locate someone! There isn't much at this time but we're looking forward towards future features such as Chatbots which will be great additions to the service. We've been able to solve many issues by integrating soft dial directly into Salesforce rather than going via an external vendor like 3rd party vendors do today.
