I love the idea of mounting the camera to my rearview mirror for two reasons: 1. It doesn't fall off like a suction cup mount.2. In the summer I can slide the sun visor between the camera and the windshield. Surely one of the 15 included camera connections will fit your dash cam. It's a bit difficult to get your fingers between the mirror and windshield to attach the wing nuts to the bolts, but that's due to my short mirror stem, not a bracket malfunction. Even though my mirror stem is quite thick, I was still able to use the shorter set of screws that came with the bracket. I can't imagine a mirror stem being too wide/thick for long bolts.
