The package arrived on time. That's the only good thing about the delivery. The package was VERY HEAVY and blocked the heavy glass door. The package weighed far more than anyone else could handle. So much so that the outside of the box had cracked at the seams and corners, leaving stray aquarium rocks all over the porch. I even had to sweep the mess. One rang or knocked to indicate he had arrived. The driver apparently left the package and its contents there, ignoring the damage. Open the box and spill the contents all over the house. I am a multiply disabled person who just wanted to do some Christmas shopping. The delivery driver must ALWAYS knock or ring the doorbell and place packages to the LEFT of the doors. , free from pedestrian/road traffic to deter theft. I used to be a postman and tried to treat my customers with respect. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
