If you're having trouble getting your second display to work...PLEASE READ. I spent hours getting this to work and couldn't see the second screen to save my life. I found that you MUST use the REMOTE CONTROL. Pressing the (--) button on the remote and then the OK button worked for me. The device beeped for about 5-10 seconds, the displays flickered, and then, whala, the second screen I spent hours on appeared immediately. I also use a REDRAGON wireless keyboard and mouse and it still works as expected. I think the quality of KVM is good so far. Nice metal body. I hope this helps anyone struggling with this device like me.
