I've had them for half a year now. I did a job today that required me to fully charge both batteries. I pulled one out of the charger and put the other one on the charger to finish before I start. The first (fresh off the charger) ran for about 3 or 4 minutes and struggled to maintain the power and voltage required to keep the tool running under load. I recharged it when it was too low to continue. I put another battery on the tool and raced. It really is the difference between day and night. I am puzzled and disappointed that one of the batteries has been performing so poorly for the last 6 months.
