The ease of use, its flexibility in targeting options (e.g., keywords) as well as geo location specific targetting is what I like most about it! It also has good reporting features that can provide insights to my business. For example - if there are any campaign fails due to some technical issue then this tool helps me identify where we went wrong with our marketing efforts thus providing us an opportunity to improve upon them! This could be one of those tools which are extremely useful but do take time before you get used too it's capabilities. Reporting feature might need more improvements so that they match up with other similar software providers out there. Benefits : Targeting capability, Easy integration wit CMSs including WordPress / Joomla or Drupal/DNN etc., Good support team & documentation available online with videos.
