A problem with a 2013-2019 Subaru is minor but very difficult to fix. This is the front wiper hose. The small plastic Y breaks into many small pieces, fouling the lines and nozzles and rendering the system inoperable. You'll need to remove the shroud to get to the nozzles and all the tubing, which you'll need to pry the little plastic pieces out of. This is real pain. Not difficult, but exhausting. I replaced mine with a 3/16 brass tee. Sun and heat cannot put him out of action. The dealer charged me $400 for the $5 part, which was just another plastic Y. Wow. Although I had to buy three of those $10 and 1 hour time, that was all I needed. Although I now know how to get the job done in a lot less time, Brass T means I'll never have to do it again. I couldn't find them at my local hardware store and the plumbing store cost the same.
