Not perfect quality, some small defect.

on an Asus P8Z68-V Pro motherboard, with a Zalman Z9 plus Black case and a Noctua NH-C14 cooler, the temperature is 35-40 degrees at rest, with a load of 40%, for example, in Battlefield 3, the temperature is 61 degrees! why so guys what's wrong?
