The ease of use, as well as being able to customize it makes this program very easy touse! I really like that you can create your own groupings/categories in order by date or location so all information is organized easily when searching through reports etc.

There are some functions which could be added such as creating an invoice (or at least having access) but other than those few minor issues there was nothing i disliked about using family!! If anyone has any suggestions please let me know because we love how simple everything works with us here @familydaycare. We have been saving money while increasing efficiency since implementing Family DayCare into our workflow process - no more purchasing paper records from 3rd party vendors nor do my employees need additional training beyond what they receive during their initial hiring processes; also saves tons off paperwork & storage space needed within office spaces due to multiple hard.
